A. The color of all commercial and mixed use buildings is subject to City approval. B. The dominant overall color scheme of the building shall generally be subtle, subdued, low
reflectance, neutral or earth tones. C. Fluorescent, primary or metallic colors are only allowed as lettering for signage. (Ord. 201015, dated 5/25/10)
