The Planning Commission shall establish and adopt Bylaws and Rules of Procedure governing the conduct of meetings and operation of the Planning Commission. (Ord. 2007-9, 6/26/07)
8.56.080 Organization. The Planning Commission shall select annually, during the first regularly scheduled meeting in January, a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and any other officers deemed necessary, all of whom may be selected to succeed themselves. Such officers shall be elected from among the members of the Planning Commission by majority vote of the total membership, with their duties and responsibilities being set forth in the Planning Commission's Bylaws and Rules of Procedure.
