The Planning Commission shall: A. Prepare and recommend a general plan and amendments to the general plan to the City Council as provided in this Code; B. Recommend zoning ordinances and maps, and amendments to zoning ordinances and maps, to the City Council as provided in this Code; C. Administer provisions of the zoning, subdivision, and sign ordinances, where specifically provided for in this Code;
D. Recommend subdivision regulations and amendments to those regulations to the City Council as provided in this Code;
E. Approve or deny subdivision applications as provided in this Code; F. Make recommendations to the City Council on matters as the City Council directs; G. Hear or decide any matters that the City Council designates, relating to the physical development of land in the City; and H. Exercise any other powers and duties:
1. Necessary to perform its functions; or 2. As found in state Law; or 3. Delegated by the City Council. (Ord. 2007-9, 6/26/07)
