It is the intent of Pleasant View City to protect the health, safety, welfare and aesthetics of the City’s residents by accommodating the need for low power electromagnetic communications equipment and facilities. All communication facilities shall be placed in areas where they will have minimal impact, require the fewest numbers, and present opportunities for co-location. In addition it is the City’s intent to promote the location of communication facilities on City owned property. (Ord.2010-5, dated 3/9/10; prior code: Ord.2000-16, 7/11/00)
