Every company/applicant shall submit an overall master plan for sites within the City. This plan shall display locations of existing and future proposed communication facilities and shall be sufficiently detailed for consideration of co-location and sitting on City owned land. Such plans shall be reviewed prior to any specific site application. (Ord.2010-5, dated 3/9/10; prior code: Ord.2000-16, 7/11/00)
