Any residential facility for the elderly shall provide supervision on a twenty-four hour a day basis.
14-22-080. Parking Each residential facility for the elderly shall provide, at minimum, one parking stall for each staff member at the highest staffed time, plus one parking stall for each three bedrooms. The required parking shall be off street and situated in such a manner so as not to detract from the residential neighborhood where the facility is located. Screening and/or fencing to obstruct the parking from view may be required.
