When application is made to amend a zoning district or portion thereof, notice of the public hearing
shall be made by publication in a newspaper having general circulation within Tooele County, at least ten days in advance of the hearing. (Ref UCA §17-27a-205, Ord. 2005-22, 9/13/05)
