The purpose of Commercial Shopping (C-S) zoning districts are to provide areas in appropriate locations
where a combination of businesses, commercial, entertainment, and related activities may be established, maintained and protected. The regulations of this district are designed to promote and encourage the development of comparison shopping centers. (Ord. 2005-30, 11/22/05)
