The purposes of this chapter are: (1) to provide policies, standards, requirements, and procedures to regulate and control the design
and construction of all subdivisions; (2) to ensure that all subdivisions are consistent with the general plan and applicable specific plans;
and (3) to ensure that land is subdivided in a manner that will promote public health, safety, convenience,
general welfare, and the physical, social, and economic development of the county. (Ord. 2022-32, 11/29/22)
