No parcel of land may be divided or subdivided from a larger parcel which creates a lot that has less
than the minimum width and area requirements for the zoning district in which it is located. This regulation applies whether the intent of the division or subdivision may or may not be for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of building, development or any other land use.
