7-3 No presumption of approval
Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build.

Chapter 19 is a scanned image on the county's site and is not included.
Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code.
Confirm anything here with Tooele County planning before you rely on it.
The listing of a conditional use in any table
of permitted and conditional uses found at the end of each chapter of this Tooele County Land Use Ordinance for each category of zoning district does not constitute an assurance or presumption that such conditional use will be approved. Rather, each proposed conditional use shall be evaluated on an individual basis, in relation to its compliance with the standards and conditions set forth in this chapter and with the standards for the district in which it is located, in order to determine whether the conditional use is appropriate at the particular location.
