Initial and continued compliance with performance standards is required of every use. Provisions for
enforcement of continued compliance with said standards shall be invoked by the zoning administrator against any use if there are reasonable grounds that the performance standards are being violated by such use. (Ord. 2003-11, 6/3/03)
