An approved conditional use permit shall be required for each conditional use listed in this Title All uses in any particular zone will comply with regulations and conditions specified in this Title. No building permit, other permits or license shall be issued for a use requiring conditional use approval until a conditional use permit has been approved for all parties. (Ord. 2000-4-1 2, 412-2000)
