Moroni zoning code

10-11-4 Action of Planning Commission

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Moroni code is at https://moronicity.gov/city-government/city-ordinances/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Moroni planning before you rely on it.
The Planning Commission may approve a use which they deem to have satisfactorily met the above requirements, may deny a use which does not meet said requirements, or may approve the establishment of a use with such additional conditions as the Planning Commission may deem appropriate to assure the use will be compatible and will not pose any detriment to persons or property. Said conditions may include a limitation upon hours of operation and/or a time limitation which is less than the maximum established by this Chapter.
