The intent is to provide timely review and approval of all complete applications, as follows:
1. Planning Commission Review and Approval: The Planning Commission shall review, at a public meeting, to determine whether the application meets all requirements. If the proposed simple lot subdivision meets all requirements, the Planning Commission shall approve the application. If the applicant is unable to or unwilling to meet all applicable requirements, the Planning Commission shall deny the application.
